Mamuka works with Gaïa Paris, a non-profit organization focused on risk reduction in drug using communities in Paris. Mamuka, who is originally from Georgia, is an intermediary and translator for the Georgian population that seeks treatment and help from Gaïa.

Despite being self-employed and without a “mutuelle” (private health insurance), the cost of Bradley’s stay and treatment in the hospital were completely covered through the national healthcare system.
